Title of Position: Business Development Manager
Job Description: As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities. You will cultivate relationships with potential partners and clients to drive growth in the immersive entertainment industry. On a daily basis, you will identify leads, cold call prospective customers, develop quotes and proposals for clients, develop strategies to maximize beverage sponsorships and work cross-functionally with Events & Operations to deliver upsell opportunities. Additionally, you will foster ongoing relationships with current partners and use your communication skills to discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing team. You will also ensure all company brand guidelines are met for all events, materials, and merchandise by attending relevant seminars, conferences, or events. Finally, you will be expected to meet budget and revenue goals and generate new business plans with a strategic mindset.

Qualifications:
  1. The Business Development Manager must have 6+ years of experience focused on strategy, business development, or partnerships. 
  2. Strong negotiation skills and background are required for the Business Development Manager
  3. The Business Development Manager must be a problem solver with experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver external experiences. 
  4. The Business Development Manager must have the ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; a strong bias for action 
  5. Experience closing strategic business development deals Is required for the Business Development Manager
