Job Description: The role of the Restaurant General Manager entails upholding customer service protocols, overseeing restaurant operations, achieving sales and profit goals, and ensuring the highest benchmarks of food quality, service, cleanliness, and sanitation are met through effective management and supervision of both management and hourly staff. Our Restaurant General Managers are responsible for compiling all essential operational reports and formulating suitable action plans to counteract unfavorable financial and/or sales trends, as well as conceiving and executing a marketing strategy. This position supervises Kitchen Managers and Assistant Managers, while reporting directly to the District Manager.
