The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining exceptional guest service, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the facility, managing budgets and employee schedules, and providing training and development to staff.


This position requires a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service management as well as knowledge of safety and security protocols. The Assistant Manager must be able to provide a positive, fun atmosphere for all guests while ensuring operational excellence is achieved.

Qualifications:


· The Assistant Restaurant Manager must have a minimum of 1-year experience in management, preferably in the retail and/or foodservice industry


· The Assistant Restaurant Manager must have a high-school diploma or GED


· The Assistant Restaurant Manager must have the ability to coach and develop others


· The Assistant Restaurant Manager must have effective communication skills as well as time and priority management skills
