We’re seeking a professional and outgoing Restaurant Manager for our new restaurant opening this spring. Our world-class restaurant provides a unique, modern-casual ambiance to enjoy with colleagues or friends. Boasting several private dining areas, main dining area and a lounge for more of an “upbeat” experience. With an Asian inspired menu highlighting our expertly prepared work of art dishes, we also offer a variety of chef-inspired appetizers, seafood, and more. We take great pride in the quality of our food as well as the atmosphere in which it’s served.

Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: As the Restaurant Manager you'll drive our success and we'll reward you with professional development and ongoing opportunities to develop your career. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the selection, development and performance of the front of house hospitality staff. It is your responsibility to make sure every guest enjoys a memorable experience. You will be the primary "go-to" for the front of the house staff, meaning you have to be available to your team while staying on top of the operating functions of the restaurant.

Qualifications:

• Preferred background in upscale or fine dining
• Must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree on honesty and integrity
• Open availability is a requirement
• The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must
• Must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
• This position requires a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager
