$58,000 - $64,000



Looking for a role where you can utilize your technical expertise to its fullest? We're seeking a Facilities Manager who knows their way around HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. This position is based in the dynamic environment of Gilbert, AZ, and will be reporting directly to the General Manager.


As a Facilities Manager, you'll be the driving force behind keeping our facilities running smoothly. You'll be managing, training, and motivating a team of hourly technicians, ensuring cost objectives are met, and staying on top of everything that's happening in our center.


What makes a great Facilities Manager?


  • You need to be 21 years or older.
  • You should be able to handle lane maintenance equipment (approximately 250 lbs.), climb ladders, and possess the strength required to repair, clean, and maintain facility machines and equipment.
  • You should have a deep working knowledge of the ins and outs of our facility.
  • You need the ability to identify, comprehend, and act on changing customer and business requirements.
  • You should have strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and the capability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions.
  • You should possess good customer relations abilities, have an outgoing and friendly manner, a courteous and cooperative attitude, and be team-oriented.
  • You must have effective oral and written communication skills regarding all areas of job responsibilities.


Skills Required:


  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of building maintenance.
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
  • Ability to complete physical duties.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
  • Availability to be on call 24/7.


What will your daily tasks include as a Facilities Manager in Gilbert, AZ?


  • Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all facility equipment.
  • Responding to trouble calls.
  • Performing all scheduled and maintenance duties.
  • Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive guest experiences and providing hands-on training to technicians.
  • Upholding our core values by creating innovative improvements, collaborating with others, and being accountable for measurable, high-quality, and timely results.
  • Promoting teamwork and encouraging others to do the same.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the mechanics area.

  • Developing and inspiring a team of hourly technicians to exceed guest expectations, leading to a revenue-generating department.
  • Engaging guest service-focused team members through recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and continuous development efforts.
  • Making effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.
  • Using your knowledge of the business to develop long-term strategies to competitively position our company.
  • Summarizing and analyzing information for budgeting revenues and expenses.
  • Measuring costs of products, services, or other cost objectives.
  • Showcasing capabilities of managing profit and loss responsibility through setting financial goals and managing budgets.
  • Completing all shift paperwork and/or reporting requirements.
