Title of Position – Executive Chef

Job Description: Our Executive Chef must provide strong leadership, developmental skills, support, and motivation to leaders in the kitchen, creating a positive setting encouraging ownership and accountability; recruiting and maintaining a talented team while meeting or exceeding business outcomes. The Chef in this position will create and develop distinctive dishes which provide our guests with various selections. The Chef will set trends and enhance unique culinary experiences for the style of cuisine. The Chef will need to be a role model with extraordinary culinary skills and be cuisine savvy.

Qualifications:

·      The Executive Chef should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
