Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description:

As a Restaurant General Manager, your responsibility is to ensure the restaurant's profitability and adherence to our company's high customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Collaboration with your leader is key to setting goals and developing a plan to achieve them. To meet these goals, you will lead a team of Department Managers who have specific responsibilities within the restaurant. Guiding and coaching these managers, setting their goals, and tracking their progress is vital to improving the performance of the entire restaurant. Additionally, you may be involved in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team for the future.

Qualifications:

- Ideal candidates should have previous experience as a General Manager in a high-volume quick-serve restaurant.
