As the Director of Sales and Convention Services Manager, you will be responsible for setting and achieving sales goals, overseeing the entire sales process, and ensuring impeccable execution of events. Your expertise and leadership will drive revenue growth and establish our brand as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.

·        Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to event execution.

·        Foster relationships with preferred accounts and group reservations to drive growth and success.

·        Collaborate with the VP of Resort Operations on operational matters and strategic initiatives.

·        Maximize sales opportunities, expand our corporate client base, and enhance brand presence.

·        Provide guidance and leadership to the sales and convention services teams, setting performance goals and establishing a culture of excellence.

·        Work closely with the Revenue Manager to optimize hotel revenue and leverage third-party vendors effectively.

·        Monitor market trends, analyze sales data, and make informed decisions to capitalize on opportunities.

·        Develop and enforce departmental policies and standards to ensure a safe and professional work environment.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred).

·        Proven track record of success in hotel sales and revenue growth.

·        Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

·        Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

·        Proficient in utilizing sales tools and technology.

·        In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry and current market trends.

·        Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
