Position Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Description:

As a full-time Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to oversee day-to-day front-of-the-house operations. Your role involves creating and thriving in a positive and team-oriented environment. Extensive knowledge of wine and exceptional service is fundamental. You must also possess a commanding presence as a Restaurant Manager, actively engaging with our guests. Daily activities include coaching and training staff, as well as utilizing exceptional administrative skills and a comprehensive understanding of all restaurant operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum of three years' experience in upscale restaurant management.
