Title of Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Job Description: As our Restaurant Assistant General Manager you will be expected to maintain all areas of the restaurant’s daily functions. Ensuring absolute customer satisfaction throughout the shift. Excellent food quality and guest experience are equally important to maintain. The responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with proper food handling procedures, state health, safety, security, and company policies. Assist in hiring, training, and developing our team to create future leaders within our organization. Working together with the General Manager the Restaurant Assistant General Manager will build skills and an extensive knowledge of inventory management, product ordering, labor control and P&L management. This is a position that requires the ability to multitask, prioritize and make quick decisions. Positive and professional attitude must always be maintained.

Qualifications:

· Three plus years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is a must
