Role Overview:


As our Restaurant Manager, you will be the heart of our dining room operations, ensuring every aspect of our service is steeped in excellence and sophistication. This role demands a passion for hospitality, a flair for customer relations, and comprehensive knowledge of wine and fine dining etiquette.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring each guest receives an unparalleled dining experience.
  • Collaborating closely with the renowned Executive Chef to synchronize front and back-of-house operations.
  • Curating an exquisite wine list, ensuring offerings complement the culinary creations and meet the highest standards of our clientele.
  • Training and leading the service team, elevating their knowledge and expertise, particularly in the realm of wine and upscale service standards.
  • Handling administrative duties, including reservations, inventory, and financial transactions with precision and transparency.
  • Building rapport with guests, gathering feedback, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Preparing the team for the upcoming expansion, creating opportunities for staff development, and setting the stage for the restaurant's successful growth.

Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience in a full-service, high-end restaurant.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of wine, with certifications in wine education preferred (e.g., WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers).
  • Strong leadership skills, with a knack for motivation, training, and staff development.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and inventory management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing stellar customer service.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with impeccable problem-solving skills.
