Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: As the Restaurant General Manager you will be responsible for all overall operations of the restaurant. A passion for outstanding service and dedication to success will be essential as our Restaurant General Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership expertise and feel confident leading the management team. Selecting, training, coaching and developing the staff will also be responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager. The Restaurant General Manager will always maintain a professional environment in both front and back of the house. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for scheduling, budgeting and maintaining a lucrative restaurant. It will be essential that the Restaurant General Manager make frequent line checks and work in the expo position to ensure compliance with recipes and proper plating procedures. Excellent communication abilities are vital to be successful as our Restaurant General Manager.

Qualifications:

· 5 plus years of restaurant general management experience in a high-volume upscale to fine dining atmosphere is a must

· A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant General Manager must possess

· A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the Restaurant General Manager

· The Restaurant General Manager must be able to demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside of the workplace and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction

· Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant General Manager
