Role: Restaurant General Manager

Location: Indianola, MS

As a General Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations, ensuring strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, managing budgets, and tracking cash flow.
• Setting sales goals for the team and overseeing hiring and scheduling of staff.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies while training low-level managers and staff.
• Maintaining budgets, identifying areas of improvement, and overseeing recruitment and training.
• Building a distinctive work environment and spearheading innovative strategic thinking.
