Assistant Restaurant Manager, Location: Brookhaven, MS

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our wonderful team at our Brookhaven, Mississippi location. Responsibilities:

Assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant

Oversee staff training and manage staff schedules

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints promptly and professionally

Help plan and execute promotional events to drive business

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of restaurant management software

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
