Title of Position - Restaurant Manager

Job Description: It’s essential to maintain a positive attitude whereas the Restaurant Manager will set the tone for the entire restaurant. Training, coaching and motivating your team to exceed expectations will be critical as the Restaurant Manager. Working closely with the General Manager our Restaurant Manager will learn to become proficient in controlling Profit & Loss by following cash control/security procedures, reviewing financial reports and learning what appropriate actions should be taken. Product ordering and labor control will also be maintained by the Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will work directly under the General Manager and be expected to act as such in the event of his or her absence.

Qualifications:

· The Restaurant Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times

· Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager

· The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Restaurant Manager

· The Restaurant Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others

· This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume environment
