Job Title: Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities:

•Oversee and manage all back of the house operations, including food preparation, truck delivery, kitchen, and storage areas

•Coordinate front of the house operations to ensure excellent guest experience

•Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and maintaining a full staff for all positions at their location

•Ensure all recipes are followed and assists in controlling food and labor costs

•Regularly visit guest tables throughout shifts to uphold excellent guest relations

•Supervise personnel to maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment

•Utilize a variety of kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment to prepare and serve food in compliance with established standards

Qualifications:

•Fluency in the primary language of the workplace

•Extensive food preparation experience

•Demonstrated leadership qualities and excellent communication skills

•Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for extended periods of time
