Responsibilities:

•Hiring, training, and managing all staff members

•Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service

•Implementing and maintaining operational procedures to increase efficiency and productivity

•Handling financial aspects, such as budgeting and inventory management

•Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns

•Maintaining a safe and clean working environment for both staff and customers

•Conducting regular performance evaluations of team members and implementing corrective actions when necessary

Qualifications:

•Should possess 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience

•Passion for developing and mentoring people

•Passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring others

• Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer service is

• Always act as a “brand ambassador” for our company
