Title of Position: Assistant General Manager 

Job Responsibilities: Our Assistant General Manager will professionally execute strategic merchandising to increase sales and enhance the presentation. The Assistant General Manager will motivate a team by expressing the company's core values and visions. Recognizing performance issues and providing consistent feedback in a timely manner to a General Manager or Regional HR Manager is required of the Assistant General Manager. The Assistant General Manager will monitor the flow and exceptional standards of the stock room. The Assistant General Manager must achieve budgets that are predetermined to maintain payroll containment and maximize business opportunities. The Assistant General Manager will retain top talent to maintain staffing levels through hiring and developing new recruits. The Assistant General Manager will lead by recognizing the effort of their subordinates and rewarding those who present themselves with great customer service.

Qualifications:

·      The Assistant General Manager will be required to have retail and sales experience

·      The Assistant General Manager must possess prioritizing, planning, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

·      Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential for the Assistant General Manager

·      The Assistant General Manager must be able to work to complete deadlines within a fast-paced environment

·      The Assistant General Manager must be flexible to work on weekends, nights, and holidays
