Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager maintains responsibility for the successful and lucrative operation of the restaurant. The maintenance of restaurant quality, consistently providing outstanding customer service to our guests, and the leadership and development of team members are some of the functions of our Restaurant General Manager. The consistency of an environment of credibility, trust, respect, and dignity must be always maintained while achieving financial goals. The Restaurant General Manager exercises independent judgment and models the standard in the day-to-day performance of job duties. The Restaurant General Manager must also ensure that company policies and procedures including safety, security, and health requirements are implemented and maintained in a consistent manner.

Qualifications:

·      The Restaurant General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation

·      The Restaurant General Manager is required to have the Food Safety Manager Certification

·      The Restaurant General Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results

·      Having Point of Sale skills with a proficiency in Word, Excel, and the ability to navigate through the Internet and various software platforms used by the company is a must for the Restaurant General Manager

·      The Restaurant General Manager is preferred to have 3+ years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry
