Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Manager is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of the FOH but will also work as a liaison with the BOH to ensure you will find a good flow of communication and teamwork throughout the restaurant. The person in this position will be expected to excel in their teaching and coaching ability and have the patience and understanding for both the leadership and development of the entire staff, ensuring each and every guest has an exceptional experience. The Restaurant Manager will work with employees from hiring, training, and sustained coaching in an effort to maintain minimal turnover, and will build a positive and team-oriented atmosphere promoting learning and fun.

Qualifications:

· The Restaurant Manager must have high-volume restaurant management experience of at least three years

· A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Restaurant Manager

· A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant Manager

· The Restaurant Manager must be extremely guest-oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

· The Restaurant Manager should always make themselves available to the restaurant
