Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager is a leader. In addition, the Restaurant Manager oversees formal dining functions, bars, and the Club’s beverage program. The individual collaborates daily with their leaders to ensure service standards are achieved and that quality is to the club’s Platinum-level standard. The Restaurant Manager is capable of functioning as the Club’s Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. The individual demonstrates appropriate analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational, and project management skills. They are a creative driver for innovation and are passionate about club management with the prospect of continuous advancement within the organization. The individual has a genuine care for people and fosters a team culture.

• Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a comparable full-service restaurant within an upscale/resort setting is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager, though luxury club, restaurant or hotel experience is preferred
• The Restaurant Manager must have strong knowledge of F & B cost/inventory controls and restaurant financials
• The Restaurant Manager must have outstanding interpersonal communication with staff and guests and promote excellent guest service
• The Restaurant Manager must have the ability to perform basic math calculations and understand fundamental accounting principles as well as be proficient in POS systems and Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
