Restaurant Manager needed for great Boston Restaurant

We are opening a new restaurant in East Boston and we are in search of a Restaurant Manager to oversee all front-of-house operations. We require candidates with prior experience in management positions such as Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Floor Manager, Senior Manager, AGM, FOH Manager, Service Manager, Assistant General Manager, Food Service Manager, Shift Manager, or Restaurant Supervisor. You must be able to pass a background check to be considered for the position.

Your responsibilities will include managing all FOH departments during shifts, exercising discretion and independent judgment with respect to the FOH Department, interpreting, implementing and enforcing management policies, investigating and resolving significant matters, representing the Company in complaints, disputes, and grievances, controlling food and beverage costs, controlling labor costs, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, addressing guest complaints, and utilizing all Company business systems effectively.
