  • Salary $170K - $180K, Relocation, Temporary Housing, Bonus 30% potential.

  • Are you an experienced and dynamic leader in the hospitality industry? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Hotel General Manager to oversee our full-service hotel with 400 rooms. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all hotel departments, maintaining high standards of service, and driving business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize revenue, improve operational efficiency, and exceed guest expectations. Stay updated on market trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Hotel Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other departments. Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Guest Satisfaction: Foster a culture of exceptional guest service. Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions when necessary. Empower staff to proactively resolve guest issues and ensure their satisfaction.

  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a diverse team of department heads and employees. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.

  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the hotel's annual budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures. Analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive profitability.

  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth. Identify target markets, develop promotional campaigns, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations. Implement and maintain effective operational procedures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.

  • Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hotel industry, preferably as a General Manager of a full-service hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest service standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a focus on empowering and developing employees to deliver outstanding results.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
  • A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
