Title of Position: General Manager


Compensation: $85k to $100k plus 25% annual bonus, paid quarterly


Job Responsibilities: The General Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the resort to ensure efficient and profitable operation by performing the following duties personally or through members of the hotel team. The General Manager will ensure staff received proper training for each position, including safety training and standard operating procedures. The General Manager will also inspect guest rooms, public access areas, and outside grounds ensuring overall cleanliness and appearance. The General Manager will handle and resolve all employee issues and conduct annual wage scale surveys, ensuring employee wages follow wage and salary guidelines. This position will include developing the resort’s budget, managing profit and loss, and setting reasonable financial goals. The General Manager will be a role model for our team, and able to motivate and lead them to provide the best experience for our guests!

Qualifications:

• The General Manager must have a minimum of five years of related experience and training within the hospitality industry

• The General Manager have prior experience managing a 300+ room hotel or resort, preferably also with HOA knowledge

• The General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to all areas of the operation

• The General Manager must have a track record of passing Quality Assurance, Loss Prevention Internal Audits

• The General Manager must have experience with developing financial budgets and possess prior knowledge of SOP Adherence, PMS knowledge and yield management of inventory
