Position Overview:

We are currently searching for a highly experienced and dedicated Director of Catering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing catering operations within the luxury hospitality sector, along with exceptional leadership skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all catering operations, ensuring that we consistently deliver a high-quality dining experience for our guests.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
3. Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure all services meet our high standards.
4. Collaborate with our executive chef to create innovative and enticing menus.
5. Train, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of catering professionals.
6. Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing budgets.
