Responsibilities

 

As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that our high standards are met and maintained at all times. You will drive the culture of our organization, promoting our philosophy among staff, and ensuring they align with our commitment to cleanliness, friendliness, and quality.

 

Key Requirements for our Restaurant Assistant General Manager

 

  • 3+ years of Restaurant Management Experience in a high-volume environment
  • Track record of leading a high quality team of employees
  • Excellent decision-making and judgment skills
  • Ability to reason and think critically
  • Experience in delivering a quality guest experience in a high-volume full service restaurant
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, friendly, and high-quality service environment
