Salary and Benefits for the Restaurant General Manager:

• Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000, plus up to $20,000 in bonus potential

Job Requirements for the Restaurant General Manager:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality Management preferred
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a high-performance team
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in using restaurant management software
• Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and peak business periods

Responsibilities for the Restaurant General Manager:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and development
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
