Job Description: Our Executive Kitchen Manager must have passion and dedication for the culinary arts and share their experience and enthusiasm with the rest of the team. As the Executive Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for the quality of each and every dish that leaves the kitchen. Maintaining high standards for cleanliness, food quality, and guest service will be a priority as our Executive Kitchen Manager. Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating the culinary personnel will be maintained by the Executive Kitchen Manager.
