Yes, there is life after restaurants and many General Managers have already made the switch to join. There are 33 new locations opening in just the first quarter of 2023. Immediate need for Lead Managers who can travel the country for 1 year assisting in Grand Openings, vacation coverage, and interim roles. After one year you will be assigned to run your own unit.

· A lead manager position in a retail environment with first-year compensation of $80,000

· 47-hour work week with overtime pay at $30/hour

· 50/50 split of all unit profits

· Average total annual compensation $100-$150k

· No buy-in

· Limited staff of 8-14 per unit

· 120 hours of personal time off per year

· Insurance after 30 days

· All travel accommodations covered during the first year

· Travel to the most beautiful parts of the United States to assist with Grand Openings.

 

Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: As General Manager, you will be responsible for managing a retail unit, setting and achieving goals, and ensuring that all day-to-day operations are running smoothly. This includes interviewing potential employees, maintaining inventory levels, developing marketing strategies to increase sales revenue, leading team meetings, and enforcing policies and procedures related to safety and customer service standards. Additionally, you'll have to monitor and manage the financial aspect of the unit, including budgeting, reconciling bank deposits, tracking spending, monitoring expenses, and analyzing sales trends. You'll also need to develop relationships with local vendors and act as an ambassador for your business in the community. Your role will also require you to provide exceptional customer service at all times while motivating and training team members to ensure excellent service. Finally, you will need to ensure that your store is meeting all local and national regulations related to safety and compliance.

·       Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly

·       Proven record of successfully maintaining high customer service levels

·       Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and coach staff.
