Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: As the overseer of restaurant operations, the Restaurant General Manager holds the responsibility of being the face and representative of the brand. The ideal candidate for this role will exhibit exceptional leadership skills and have the capacity to foster an energetic, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests. Effective communication with the Management Team is crucial for evaluating work procedures, reviewing standards, and proactively addressing the restaurant's needs. Furthermore, the successful Restaurant General Manager will excel in building strong customer relationships and enhancing profitability by actively engaging with the community and promoting the brand.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a Full Service concept
• High volume background - must have Restaurant General Manager experience in restaurants doing over $3 million in sales per year
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant General Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
