Salary up to 130k plus bonus and benefits

Are you a hotel General Manager looking for a new opportunity? We are searching for a dynamic, driven, and seasoned hotel General Manager for our beautiful beachfront hotel in the heart of Puerto Peñasco, Mexico. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of our operation. To be considered you are a current General Manager of an independent non-branded hotel or resort. 5 to 10 years of recent experience as a General Manager. Regional, Cluster, or Multi-Property Managers are not being considered at this time.

Location: Puerto Peñasco, Mexico

Hotel General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations and providing leadership to all hotel departments as the Hotel General Manager.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and quality as the General Manager.
• Developing strategies to maximize revenue and meet sales targets as the General Manager.
• Monitoring budgets and managing expenses as the General Manager.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving problems as General Manager.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations as the General Manager.
• Maintaining good relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community as the General Manager.

Requirements for the Hotel General Manager position:

• Minimum of five years of related experience and training within the hospitality industry; Full-Service Hotel Property experience is required for the General Manager role.
• Ability to relocate to Puerto Peñasco, Mexico for the General Manager position.
• Passion for developing and mentoring team members as the General Manager.
• Ability to provide consistent support to all areas of the operation as the General Manager.
• History of achieving solid financial results as a General Manager.
• Leadership qualities and strong communication skills are essential for the General Manager role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required for the General Manager position.
