Restaurant General Manager 

Immediate Need - Coming to Fort Smith in 2024

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + Benefits and Bonus Packages

Title of Position – Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The duties for this position include but are not limited to: understanding the Company operations manual and responsible for ensuring all aspects of daily operations conform to franchise policies and standards. The Restaurant General Manager uses all operational tools to plan for and achieve operational excellence and identifies and addresses trends and issues in store performance. Tools include; Monthly Status Report, Automated Labor Scheduling, Cash Management, Quarterly Business Review, and Inventory Management. Prepares all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner. Most importantly as a Restaurant General Restaurant Manager your eye must always be on ensuring all guests feel welcome, receive great service, and have an outstanding experience, every visit. A comprehensive training program for the Restaurant General Manager consists of learning all the details of our business including food preparation, working the line, food safety, guest service and managing the numbers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a Full Service concept
• High volume background - must have Restaurant General Manager experience in establishments doing over $3 million in sales per year
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant General Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
