Restaurant FOH Manager-

Our upscale cinema and restaurant group is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and overseeing restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry. We are looking for candidates who possess strong leadership skills and have excellent organizational abilities. A good understanding of food safety regulations and up-to-date knowledge of restaurant trends is essential. 

Key responsibilities include: 

 • Supervising restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and disciplinary actions; 

 • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed; 

 • Establishing budgets, setting sales targets, monitoring profits and losses; 

 • Ensuring compliance with all local laws as well as health and safety regulations; 

 • Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner;

 • Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
