We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at our award-winning, Michelin-starred restaurant. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in your assigned section of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste, texture, and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to order according to recipe specifications
• Measure and mix ingredients, chop and prepare vegetables, and garnish plates as required
• Ensure that all food is cooked and served to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation
• Assist with menu development and food costing as needed
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a Michelin-starred restaurant or similar fine dining establishment
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of classical and contemporary cooking techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
