Requirements:

·        Proven experience as a Sushi Chef, with a strong portfolio of creative sushi rolls

·        Extensive knowledge of various sushi types, techniques, and presentation styles

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

·        Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

·        A Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus, but not required
