As the Restaurant General Manager, you will supervise and troubleshoot restaurant operations while maintaining compliance with all company policies, procedures, and practices. You will establish and maintain the highest possible standards for food quality, manage profit and loss, minimize controllable expenses, maximize sales/profits, and recruit, interview, hire, and retain top-quality employees.
