Position Summary:

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the bar operations, including managing the bar staff, ensuring top-notch service, and developing creative cocktails that elevate the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all bar operations and ensure exceptional service to all guests.
• Develop, prepare, and serve a range of high-quality, innovative cocktails.
• Train and manage bar staff, fostering a team-oriented, professional environment.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimal wastage.
• Uphold and enforce compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with management and kitchen staff to align bar and food menus.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager, preferably in an upscale casual dining setting.
