What You, as Casino Beverage Manager, Will Do:

• Uphold the highest standards for all beverage products served.
• Collaborate closely with key departments to manage inventory, control costs, and ensure all revenue is accurately reported.
• Use your sharp analytical skills to evaluate profit and loss statements of the beverage department.
• Engage with guests directly to solicit feedback and continuously improve our guest experience.



What We're Looking For in Our Casino Beverage Manager:

• An individual who is at least 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience (preferred).
• A seasoned Casino Beverage Manager with 5 years in the field of food and beverage and a minimum of 5 years of management experience. Must have Casino Beverage Manager experience to be considered.
• Someone who can evaluate statistical reports and other business reports.
• A Casino Beverage Manager with comprehensive knowledge of all phases of beverage administration, cost control, and familiarity with all beverage services.
• A Casino Beverage Manager with excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, coaching, team building, and problem-solving skills.
