Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: Our Restaurant General Manager will have incredible motivational and inspirational abilities. Our staff values a positive atmosphere at work and the Restaurant General Manager is responsible for providing our employees an inviting and comfortable environment. Our Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of the restaurant. Ensuring the staff is abiding by all company and health department standards is a top priority for the Restaurant General Manager. The Restaurant General Manager will also be supportive and available to assist in the development of the management team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a Fast Casual concept
• High volume background; must have Restaurant General Manager experience in concepts doing over $2 million per year
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant general manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
