Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hotel Food and Beverage Manager, focusing on high-volume restaurant experience.
• Proven track record as a Hotel Food and Beverage Manager.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of current food and beverage trends and industry best practices.
• Proficient in P&L management and cost control strategies.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
