We have an immediate need for an Executive Chef at our location in the Golden, Colorado area! Located in the heart of town, we’ve been a favorite among locals in the region for over 25 years. Title of Position: Executive Chef

Job Description: Our Executive Chef will be expected to help create a fun and unique environment through fantastic food. The Executive Chef will be responsible for setting high standards of quality, cleanliness and processes and consistently holding the kitchen staff to those standards. This Executive Chef will work to provide knowledge, guidance and training to the kitchen staff, and will serve as an ambassador for our brand. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing P&L and other financials, managing and remaining accountable for actual-vs.-theoretical food costs, and maintaining inventory and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4-5 years current experience as an Executive Chef in a casual dining concept
• High volume background; must have Executive Chef experience in restaurants doing over $3 million in sales per year
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Outstanding work ethic and drive to succeed
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
• Executive Chef candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
