Are you a leader in the kitchen? We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team and take charge of our high-volume Italian restaurant in Scottsdale, AZ. Our restaurant is known for its traditional, freshly prepared Italian dishes served in a comfortable atmosphere. We are looking for someone who can maintain high standards and ensure excellent food quality. As the Kitchen Manager of our Italian restaurant, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing all back of the house functions. You will be responsible for recruiting, training and developing culinary staff while maintaining a sanitary and organized kitchen. You will also be responsible for setting high standards and ensuring excellent food quality as well as maintaining a professional and productive environment for our staff. Additionally, you will perform administrative duties such as product ordering, food cost management and back of the house labor cost control. You will also work closely with the General Manager to form daily and weekly action plans, as well as maintain budgets and perpetuate a cohesive team environment.

Job Responsibilities for the Kitchen Manager in Scottsdale, AZ

·        The Kitchen Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results.

·        A minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience for a high-volume concept is required for the Kitchen Manager.
