We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Manager to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Kitchen Manager, you will have the opportunity to take charge of all kitchen operations, including supervising kitchen staff, ensuring staffing levels are met, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and working collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional results.

Job Description:

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for upholding food quality and safety standards, overseeing all aspects of food production and service. This includes inventory management, ordering, storage and rotation, food preparation, plate presentation, and ensuring adherence to recipe standards. You will be accountable for managing food costs, labor costs, and kitchen supplies. Your role will involve setting operational goals, planning budgets, and implementing effective kitchen systems and procedures, all while complying with city and state regulations. We are seeking a Kitchen Manager who is willing to work alongside their team, leading by example.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a full-service, moderate to high-volume restaurant (General Manager experience is a plus)

- Proven track record of success in previous roles, demonstrating career progression

- Strong communication skills

- Culinary school background is desirable, but not required

- Ability to work ten-hour-plus shifts and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time

- Capability to lift and carry up to 50lbs, operate kitchen machinery, and work in varying temperatures and conditions
