Role Overview:

The General Manager will lead all operations of the Deli/Market, driving sales targets, planning strategic sales initiatives, and analyzing sales data for continuous growth. This leadership role involves managing the staff, hiring and training new team members, scheduling shifts, overseeing payroll, and food cost.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant or market management
• Proficient computer skills
• Passion for mentoring and developing people
• Experience with a variety of managerial duties
• Ability to perform light lifting and remain on feet for extended periods
• Demonstrated team leadership skills, integrity, and accountability
• Open availability
