Job Title: Hotel General Manager (Tucson, AZ)


Position Overview:

As the Hotel General Manager in Tucson, AZ, your primary focus will be on driving hotel profitability by maximizing revenue generation, controlling costs, ensuring guest satisfaction, and fostering employee development. Our Hotel General Manager is an integral part of maintaining the quality and integrity standards of our Tucson, AZ property. Effective communication with owners and the corporate office is vital to this role.


Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

·       Education & Experience:  A Four-Year College Degree or 4-5 years of hotel-related work experience.

·       Preferred certifications: Senior Manager and/or other certifications as required by the franchise.

·       Prior department managerial experience is beneficial.

·       Necessary certifications: Alcohol awareness and food safety as mandated by state and federal laws.

·       Strong financial acumen and proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel.

·       Familiarity with Brand Management in the hotel industry is advantageous.

·       Clear conveyance of information and ideas, both orally and written.

·       Ability to thrive in high-pressure, stressful situations.

·       Quick and accurate decision-making skills.
