Title of Position – Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Description: Our Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee all operations of the facility, providing overall leadership, direction and focus on tactical initiatives and operating specifications to progressively affect business results. A Professional Restaurant Operations Manager will have strong statistical interest, able to integrate information into concise business strategies, taking all analytic information and translating it to their team. The Restaurant Operations Manager will collaborate with the General Manager to run the restaurant’s daily operations and share responsibility for achieving customer satisfaction, profit, sales, and employee performance goals. As the Restaurant Operations Manager, your team members’ movements and activities are your responsibility. You will ensure your staff adheres to all safety procedures while ensuring the development and training of all team members is kept to the highest of standards.

Qualifications:

·        High volume experience of 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager is a must for this position

·        A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Manager must posses

·        The Restaurant Manager must have a proven track record in assisting the company in the achievement of solid financial results

·        The Restaurant Operations Manager must be comfortable with varying hours based on level of business, parties, and sporting events
