Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: Our Restaurant Manager will play an essential role in establishing an exciting and unforgettable dining experience that will keep our guests coming back time and time again. The Restaurant Manager in this position will ensure their team always executes stellar customer service, will set high standards for service and hospitality, and will act as an ambassador for our brand in and outside of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will provide knowledge, guidance, and training to the staff, and will address and resolve customer complaints quickly and always with a smile!

Qualifications:

• High volume, upscale experience of 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager is a must for this position

• A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Manager must possess

• As solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant Manager

• The Restaurant Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

• The Restaurant Manager must be okay with working late night hours and hosting large crowds
