Title of Position - Director of Real Estate & Construction

Job Description: Our Director of Real Estate & Construction will lead all store design, construction, and real estate related activities and be the point of contact for franchisees during their pre-opening period. The Director of Real Estate & Construction will work closely with corporate teams on a regular basis. Keep Organized records of all franchise lease documents, and vital correspondence related to the construction and openings of the new locations. Maintain the weekly calendar to provide store opening dates and projections as well as ensure the stores open in a timely matter according to the lease and construction plans.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Construction or related

·       The Director of Real Estate & Construction must have facilities management experience

·       The Director of Real Estate & Construction must have 3 – 5 years’ experience working with Construction Project Management

·       Ability to create and deliver presentations to senior level executives and franchisees

·       Experience with Microsoft Platforms, particularly Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook
