Title of Position: Executive Assistant

Job Description: The Executive Assistant provides support to the Chief Operating Officer. As our Executive Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, answering phones, coordinating communication between club members, department heads and staff, general administrative duties, handling mailings, printing and copying, processing invoices and expense reports, and assisting with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

3-5 years of demonstratable Executive Assistant experience, restaurant industry preferred

Experience working with franchises is a plus

Experience working with legal documentation a plus

Detail oriented, analytical, and thinking outside the box mentality

Skilled with Microsoft Suite programs

Critical thinking and proven problem-solving skills 

Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
