Title of Position: Executive Chef

Job Description: The Executive Chef will demonstrate leadership abilities by hiring, managing and guiding all Culinary Staff, as well as being responsible for creating a kitchen atmosphere that thrives on teamwork and welcomes constructive feedback. It is crucial that the Executive Chef ensures all dishes are served on time and exceed guest expectations. The Executive Chef will be expected to create new dish ideas to keep our menu fresh and always new. The Executive Chef will have his/her say on each dish that goes out, to ensure true excellence.

Qualifications:

• The Executive Chef should always act as a “brand ambassador” for our company.
• The Executive Chef must live by a guest orientated philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things.
• A solid track record in achieving financial results is necessary for the Executive Chef
• A passion for mentoring and developing others is necessary for the Executive Chef
• The Executive Chef must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3+ years.
